  • requires control of all planets in one system AND the control of another planet in another system
  • receives 5 slots to for either Magistrates or Governors (Overseers are now an exception)
  • each slot is worth a 15% reduction cumulative (55% total reduction)
  • cannot belong to any other faction
  • each membership is worth 50% reduction cumulative
King/Queen
  • requires majority of planets in system controlled that means 75% population or more.
  • receives 5 slots to for either Magistrates, Governors, or Overseers
  • each slot is worth a 24% reduction (74% total reduction)
  • cannot belong to any other faction
  • each membership is worth 50% reduction cumulative
Baron/Baroness
  • requires 2 planets controlled and 1 additional colony
  • receives 5 slots to for either Magistrates, Governors, Overseers, or Dukes
  • each slot is worth a 19% reduction (65% total reduction)
  • cannot belong to any other faction
  • each membership is worth 50% reduction cumulative
Duke/Duchess
  • requires 1 planet controlled and 1 additional colony
  • receives 5 slots to for either Magistrates, Governors, or Overseers
  • each slot is worth a 4% reduction
  • is allowed to be in ONE Baron's faction (59% total reduction)
  • each membership is worth 50% reduction cumulative
Overseer
  • requires 500,000 population
  • receives 5 slots to for either Magistrates or Governors
  • each slot is worth a 1% reduction
  • is allowed to be in ONE Baron or Duke's faction (52% total reduction)
  • each membership is worth 50% reduction cumulative
Governor/Governess
  • requires 200,000 population
  • receives 5 slots to for Magistrates
  • each slot is worth a 1% reduction
  • is allowed to be TWO factions of a Baron, Duke or Overseer (76% total reduction)
  • each membership is worth 50% reduction cumulative
Magistrate
  • beginning Rank
  • is allowed to be in THREE factions (87% total reduction)
  • each membership is worth 50% reduction cumulative

***controlled is defined as planetary control which means your colony represents 75% or more of the population
