- a ship will fire when a target is in range of its weapons max range. yes it is different from planetary to space, because of resizing that occurs.

Tech Loss Refund

All accounts that lost research have been refunded the credits lost in the November tech loss issue
A new claimable has been added to accounts that lost research called Tech Loss Refund
To use the new claimable, select a research facility currently researching a project and click Claim in the claim window
The claimable item will not be completely used up until it says "Claimed" in the claim window

Miscellaneous

Fixed a minor bug when returning to the primary account from an alias popping a null reference issue
In the transfer window, the right list now restores scroll position after item transfer
Expanded the mineral list width to include max name length of alloys
The budget packet indicator in the budget window now has the proper colors
Route templates now have a copy ability

Special Techs

Fixed an issue with Patriotism and its related upgrades
Fixed an issue with Social Programs and its related upgrades
Fixed an issue with Social-Brainwash Practices and its related upgrades
Fixed an issue where certain special techs would not be selectable in the Guaranteed special project list
