By the Authority vested in me by the Qua'Sha Conclave I hereby declare the following systems Qua’Sha Conclave sovereign territory; Logzyi, Senzda and Nomjga.

Any expansion into these systems will be met with force as it will be considered a hostile action against a sovereign territory. If for any reason a person spawns in these systems they will be informed of the situation and offered ample time to make arrangements to leave.
