Here are the terms of the treaty to end the war between Borg and The Black Hand.

-Asellus belongs to Borg

-Rana Remains under Black Hand Control

-Nusakan and Sadr remain neutral free space.*

-Merope and it's offshoot systems (including, but not restricted to, Sabik and Situla) are under Black Hand control.

-Borg is to evacuate ALL they own from ALL Black Hand territory.

-The Black Hand is to evacuate ALL they own from ALL Borg Territory.

*Neutral Free Space is defined by being equally accessible to all parties and is open to PEACEFUL colonization and non-military bases. This also forbids blockading of any worm holes in that system.


These are the Terms laid out by Megatron, leader of the Black Hand. They will not take effect, however, until a member from Borg responds to this post agreeing to these Terms.

Also, this treaty does not effect the relations between Borg and any other guild. ANy territorial issues, including Tegmen, etc, must be taken up with that respective guild.

Baron RavenWolf (note the promotion due to the great success of the Treaty of Nusaken which is still being honored today ) approves of such negotiations and is looking forward to hearing what members of the Borg have to say about such terms. My offices would like to propose a similar treaty with the leaders of the Borg nations depending on how the negotiations in regards to this treaty turn out. We will be watching... closely...
