I cannot get past downloading the UpdaterClient. I try to run it and get the error "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application."

Did you get your updater client from here? afterprotocol.com/modules.php?name=Downloads

It is the thin client updater
