The site will stay but will probably become more useless to new players as DSE dont contribute info and only trifler cares enough about the game to update areas. There will shortly be some phat adverts though as this domain and hosting needs paying for. Any revenue will be split amongst Trifler and myself. The guilds features wont be implemented tbh (to be honest - ffs cyrus stop thinking im refering to the previous guild that claimed everything and got killed) though the exploit abuse and a list of double accounters will be.

i got my arse beat by TC and Rothric after QSC pulled there protective hand from TF. Raven and Malinko buttraped my score, 7 million miltary points in 36 hours. an opertunistic aetherius got 3 mill of his score destroyed when i found a big fleet of his. FP has dispanded since then.

would you like me to give you the Cyrus map now? i was hopeing i could post newbship designs to this website (via text plus snapshots) to help with new player retention (the games serious problem) also, im now working for DSE on a volunteer bases redesigning ship hulls for them. ( a shoe in the door)

I was inclined just to scale my involvement down - ie not be in a guild and just assault everyone but now I cannot be bothered even with that. Today, upon my return after seven days absent, it seems that im banned in main chat and need to plead for forgiveness!

Lets get the context right here as most only saw Aurelius rant then myself come in. I was in a PM (again my pm's are watched like a soviet dissenter folks - live watching devs not coding obviously) with FireHazards wife explaining why i had issues with the warpoints bs coming. I pointed out that we had, as a community, suggested many solutions to these problems that DSE denied for months. DSE were again assuring everyone that THEY KNOW it will work and no dissent will be tolerated. Yet we are here with DSE admitting they didnt see this coming and suddenly the need to fix this appears, a month after all the beta testers have resubbed after the first year ran out - and we could only sub for 3 months unlike new players who can pay for a month. So I am pissed, told to shut up and that I am WRONG repeatedly by a bunch who keep getting it wrong themselves. I wasnt going into detail but it was too much for Aurelius.

He storms into main chat calling me STUPID and proceeding to insult me in front of the whole community - whereupon I replied likewise. Except again, I got it right and dse got it wrong. Im not stupid but aurelius has a track record for bad calls and ignoring the community until its a desperate situation.

Good luck with DSE - not many have a good time dealing with them it seems and they take ideas and effort without thanks or any respect or mention. They will deny it but their game wouldnt run on 64 bit machines until my 17 year old son showed them how lol.

All a waste of my time I am sad to say - though ive learnt how to spot dodgy devs lol. I thought indy devs could be indy and flexible and use thier position with the players to foster a deep love of the game - but it seems its more about lack of money, lack of organisation and touchy pre-madonna like personalities.
